Standard Fittings Special Fittings Fittings Available Product Specs Liner Thickness 150# & 300# PTFE Lined Fittings
JCS Lined Piping Products currently manufactures 150# and 300# PTFE Lined Pipe & fittings up thru 8 inch sizes. Look below to view our product line which we are always expanding. We are also interested in parts with non-standard dimensions or specials. Our 90 fittings have no stress on the PTFE molded to fit the body. Many producers of these parts use straight pipe and force the liner to bend. Other companies make the liner inside the fitting. This however causes a gap between the metal housing and the liner, reducing its strength and vacuum rating. We also can produce Reducing Crosses, Instrument Tees with 2 outlets 180 degrees apart, and Tees with three different outlets. These parts can save you money because they reduce the need for multiple fittings. They also can work in areas where you have space constraints. JCS also can manufacture non-standard dimension fittings for those situations. Below is our standard liner thickness for 1/2"-8" Fittings. Also listed is the minimum liner thickness as required by ASTM F1545.
